The Luxe Builders LLC builds townhome communities, apartment buildings and commercial spaces. We keep the work in-house, the schedule honest and the standard consistent from the first excavation to the last punch list item.
Who we are
The Luxe Builders LLC is a construction company working across three sectors: attached townhome communities, multi-family apartment buildings and light commercial space. The firm was founded by Asif Memon.
Our approach is deliberately simple. We take on work we can staff properly, we plan it before we start, and we report progress in plain language. When something changes on a job — and on a construction job, something always changes — the owner hears it from us first, with the cost and schedule impact stated clearly.
Four principles we hold to
- Plan before you pour — scope, drawings, permits and trade sequencing are settled before crews arrive. A week of planning saves a month of rework on site.
- One point of responsibility — sitework, structure, systems and finishes sit under one contract, so nothing falls between two trades and no defect goes unclaimed.
- Inspect at every phase — quality checks happen as each stage closes, when a correction is still cheap and quick, rather than at the final walkthrough.
- Say the hard thing early — cost pressure, weather, supply problems and design conflicts are raised immediately with a recommendation, not discovered at the end.
A message from Asif Memon
“I do not see real estate as a transaction. I see it as something you hold for a long time and live beside every day.”
Most people come into this business through the deal — the land, the numbers, the closing. I came in through the building. Long before I was putting up townhomes or apartment blocks, what interested me was the thing itself: how a structure is put together, why one holds up and another does not, and what a building quietly asks of the people who live in it every single day.
That is where my vision for real estate comes from. A property is not a line on a balance sheet that you exit at the right moment. It becomes part of a street, a neighbourhood and a family’s life for decades after the last trade has packed up. Once you accept that, the way you build changes. You stop measuring a project by how fast it went up, and start measuring it by how well it ages.
It also means you take the long view on everything — the materials you choose, the drainage you put in, the corners you could technically skip but should not. Nobody photographs those decisions. They are the whole job.
What I enjoy most, though — and this is the honest part — is the hard project. Give me a tight urban site where every inch of access has to be negotiated. Give me a design that looks elegant on a page and awkward on the ground. Give me an occupied building we have to work around, or a deadline that everyone has quietly decided is impossible. Those are the jobs I want.
There is a reason for that. On an easy project, everything that works was going to work anyway; nothing is really tested. On a difficult one, the team has to think. Problems get solved in the field, in the moment, by people who care enough to find a better answer than the obvious one. That is where you find out what a firm is actually made of, and it is genuinely the part of this work I get the most joy from. A hard build that comes out right gives everyone on it something to be proud of for years.
That is the standard I set for The Luxe Builders LLC. We take the challenging work, and we take it seriously — because a building is a promise you have to keep long after the paperwork is filed.
